Barry Holtzclaw writes from the Santa Cruz Mountains, where he lives with his family and walks his dogs in the clear mountain air. He has been a PR guy for a bank, managed a web site for a university, and published a couple of weekly business journals. He was a journalist in the Midwest and East Coast, grew up in a small town near Buffalo NYand once restored an old farmhouse.
